The Mehat Pur police have arrested two drug peddlers for selling heroin.
Investigating Officer (IO)Jaspal Singh said that 2 grams of heroin were recovered from the possession of the accused. identified as Pritam Singh alias Pita, son of Gurdev Singh, a resident of Beetal Jhungian village, and Satnam Singh son of Iqbal Singh, a resident of Ghann Gass village in Ludhiana.
IO stated that a case has been registered under sections 21/ 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act against the accused.
The Nakodar City police arrested a drug peddler, Raj Kumar, son of Ashok Kumar, a resident of Udham
Singh Nagar, with 28 intoxicant tablets, said IO Balbir Singh.
