Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar has always focused on providing good quality education and this reflects in the achievement of student-teachers in Guru Nanak Dev University B.Ed Examination Sem-I (Dec 2017). 80% student- teachers have passed in First division and ten student-teachers have achieved distinctions. Ankita Khera stood first in the college, Amrit Arora achieved second position and Swati Verma got third position in the college.

CT young minds learn dining etiquettes

“Good dining manners are just a way of showing other people that we have respect for food”. Keeping the same in mind, CT Institute of Hotel Management organized a one day workshop on ‘Dining Etiquettes’ in which 150 students from CT Public School and CT World School were taught about different dinning etiquettes that should be followed while eating food through a meal eating session. In this workshop, the students were made to eat soup, pasta, rice along with curry and dessert using different cutlery and crockery.

Hassan, Dr S.N Datta and Dr M.S Bal from Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University,(GADVASU) Ludhiana rushed to the spot on request of Deputy Commissioner, Amritsar Sh. Kamaljit Singh Sangha to assess the probable causes of heavy mortality.

Inter House Extempore Competition at DIPS karol bagh

“Inter-House Extempore competition” was held at DIPS in Karol Bagh. Selected students from all four houses enthusiastically took part in it.
