Khattar pats self for 1,000 days in office, others not impressed

Chandigarh,  The first Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Haryana led by Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar is patting itself on its back for having completed 1,000 days in office and highlighting its achievements. But not many, especially the opposition, are impressed by the claims.

Chandigarh: The goal of providing every home toilet in Punjab would be achieved by December 31 this year. The Punjab Rural Development & Panchayat and Water Supply and Sanitation Minister Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa today issued directions to the senior officers of the Water Supply and Sanitation Department to complete this mission without any delay. Presiding over a review meeting of the department here today, the minister issued clear cut instructions to monitor the work at the grassroot level to achieve 100% results in terms of quality.
