Two drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act

SHAHKOT /NURMAHAL  

 The Shahkot  police have arrested a drug peddler on the charges of selling heroin  .

Station house  officer (SHO ) Surindar Kumar said that  10 grams heroin  was  recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Manpreet alias Bitta  son of Tarsem Lal a resident of Mohalla Baghwala,Shahkot .

SHO said that a case under sections 21/61/85 of the NDPS act has been registered against the accused.

The Nurmahal police arrested drug peddler Jiwan son of Amarjit Singh a resident of Fatehpur village with 210 intoxicant tablets, said investigating officer Jagtar Singh.
