Cancer Roko society van driver booked for rash driving

NAKODAR

The Nakodar sadar police have booked an Ambulance  Van(PB-02-CC-7292)driver  of Cancer Roko Sewa Society  on the charges of rash driving and mischief.

Investigating officer(IO)Harbhajan Lal  said that the accused has been identified as Sukhwindar Singh alias Sukha  a resident of near railway line Taran Tarn  .

Pardeep Kumar a resident of Mudh village  complained to the police that the accused was driving his vehicle  very fast  and negligently which overturned on Tuesday evening on Nakodar –Jalandhar road near Kang Sahibu village and injured medical and para-medical staff travelling in the vehicle  .

Investigating officer said that a case under sections 279(rash driving on the public highway),337,(causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others) and 427(mischief) of the ipc has been registered against Sukha .
