Session on “Yog and Jeewan Darshan” organized at Aryans Group

MOHALI: A session on “Yog and Jeewan Darshan” was today organized at Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, Near Chandigarh. Sadhvi Devaditi, M. Tech in Intelligent System & Robotics from Mahila Patanjali Yog Samiti was the Guest speaker on the occasion.

The session was organized to aware the students about the importance of Yoga, its connectivity with the lifestyle of a person and the importance of self discipline & management. 

Sadhvi Devaditi while giving various examples from day to day life motivated the students to always think positive to make the soul and mind strong. She suggested the students to prepare themselves for rejections and not giving justifications to prove themselves.

Devaditi enlightened the students with "Koi Baat nahi, iske ilawa koi chara nahi" Mantra to control the anger. She stressed upon the power of Yoga and advised the students to make it a part of daily routine. She motivated the students for social activists like Tree plantation, Sanitation etc.

Other members from the smiti including Smt Krishana, Jila Prabhari Mahila Patanjali Yog Smiti; Dr. Rajesh chaura Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Mr. Deepika Sharma, Smt Rashi Chaura etc were also present on the occasion.
