Woman among four drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act

NURMAHAL / NAKODAR  The Nurmahal police have arrested two drug peddlers including a woman on the charge of selling heroin and intoxicant tablets.

Station house officer (SHO) Hardip Singh Maan   said that 10 grams heroin and 300 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Kulwindar Kaur wife of Major Singh a resident of Kandola Khurd village and Vijay Kumar alias Laddu son of Jagdev Singh a resident of New Hardayal Nagar Jalandhar .   

SHO said that a case under sections21/22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused and impounded a motor cycle (PB-08-EE-4200) on which they were travelling. 

 

The Nakodar sadar police arrested two drug peddlers on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.

Station house officer (SHO) Sakandar  Singh Virk    said that 250 intoxicant tablets were   recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Harpreet  Singh alias Happy son of Ranjit Singh a resident of Nur Pur Chatha  village and Sandip Kumaralias Seepa  son of Gian Chand a resident of Udhowal village .
