JALANDHAR:  The Pre-Primary School of Innocent Hearts, G.M.T., Loharan, C.J.R. and Royal World International School celebrated Teachers’ Day with great enthusiasm. The little ones made pretty cards and presented them to their teachers. A special assembly was held where the life story of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, an educator, philosopher and statesman, was told, to inspire the students. This was followed by short poems recited by the little ones in praise of their teachers. The little ones were dressed up as their teachers. They thanked their teachers by presenting them with flowers and adorned them with badges.

INNOKIDS Incharges Gurmeet Kaur (GMT), Alka Arora (Loharan), Nitika Kapoor (CJR) and Pooja Rana (Royal World) said that the children had been very excited since the morning. They explained to the tiny tots that they should respect and obey their teachers and should listen to them very carefully. The children had a wonderful time playing games and generally having fun with their teachers.
