Placement drive: 12 and MBA students of MRSPTU gets placement in two prestigious companies on attractive packages

BATHINDA: Under a special placement drive, as many as 12 students of B.Tech (ECE, EE, and CSE), MBA students of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University, (MRSPTU), Bathinda have been selected for recruitment by the different companies. These Companies have offered attractive annum packages to the selected students.

Two prestigious companies participated in the joint campus placement drive, which included- Scope Telecom Private Limited, Chandigarh and Gray Matters, Bathinda. The selection process was completed after a Group Discussion and Interview of the participating students.

The selected five students namely Tanya Garg, Anand Kumar, Dhruv Mishra, Kumar Shivam and Yogeta Madaan (all students of Computer Science Engineering Department), two students Upendra Upadhyay,  Jaskirat Singh of Electronics and Communication Engineering and two  students Atish Kumar and Anjani Kumar of Electrical Engineering get placed in prestigious industry Scope Telecom Private Limited and three  students Deepak Kumar, Sanjay Goyal, Aishveen Kaur Of University Business School of  Giani Zail Singh Campus College of Engineering & Technology, MRSPTU Bathinda placed in Gray Matters, Bathinda. 

While congratulating the students for their success, MRSPTU, Vice Chancellor, Prof. (Dr.) Mohan Paul Singh Ishar reiterated his commitment for better employability and employment for the students of the university.

Prof. (Dr.) Savina Bansal, Campus Director and Dean Academic, Dr. Ashish Baldi, Registrar, Harjot Singh Sidhu, Director (Training and Placement), Dr. Dinesh Kumar, Head, Department of CSE,  Dr. Neeraj Gill, Head, Department of ECE, Dr. Pritpal Singh Bhullar, Head, Department of University Business School also congratulated the selected Students. They expressed immense happiness and satisfaction at the calibre and potential of students of this campus getting recognized by these leading companies.   They have conveyed their best wishes to the selected students for their successful service career. 

Training and placement Coordinator Haramritpal Singh and Manpreet Kaur also played key role in the placement drive.
