Five Days mega job fairs to begin in Bathinda from September-20

BATHINDA: Bathinda Deputy Commissioner B. Srinivasan today said that the unemployed youth must avail the benefit of handsome salaries being offered by the Multinational and local companies participating in the five days Mega Job Fair starting in Bathinda from September 20.

Srinivasan stated that the Rozgar Melas are organized with an aim to provide jobs to as many youngsters as possible. "We have roped in renowned companies like Appollo Home Care-New Delhi, Career Router-Chandigarh, Tech Mehindra-Chandigarh, Teleperformance-Chandigarh, Justdial-Bathinda, Cargil, Larson & Toubro, Cognixia, Uber Technology, LIC, Baba Diary, Kuber Technologies, Vardhman Textile, Cantabil, E-School, Hotel Krishna Continental, Hotel Sapphire and many others," the DC said.

He added that these companies will not only recruit youngsters for Bathinda but they are also looking for young and bright people for various other places across the country.

The Deputy Commissioner pointed out that the district administration has already obtained the number of vacancies in these companies and so far as many as 13842 jobs are lying vacant in different segments of these MNCs and private companies.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the District Bureau of Employment and Enterprise Tirathpal Singh said that the youngsters can apply for jobs in various segments in these companies including HR Manager, Marketing Manager, Engineer in Chemical-Electrical, Electronics, Java Android Developer, Web Developer, BPO (Business Process Outsourcing), Networking Expert, Trainee Engineer, Computer Operator, Customer Care Executive, Accountant, Receptionist, Nursing Sister, Psychologist, Lecturer, Teachers, Technical Supporter and many others.

Tirathpal said that the three days job fair will be held at MRSPTU-Dabwali Road starting from September-20 and similar job-fair will be held at Guru Kashi University-Talwandi Sabo on 24-September and the last fair will be organized at District Bureau of Employment and Enterprise-Civil Line Near Children Park Bathinda.
