Tractor driver booked for death by negligence

NURMAHAL The Nurmahal police have booked a tractor driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.

The investigating Officer (IO) Mulakh Raj said that the accused has been identified as Fariyad son of Bashir Ahmad a resident of Diwali village under Jamsher sadar police station.

Anju wife of Mithun  a resident of Naugaja Pir locality    complained to the police that  the accused was driving his tractor negligently and crushed her 7 years old son Samir  on Naugaja Pir  road on October 8 killing him  on the spot .

 Investigating Officer said that a case under sections 304-A (causing death by negligence) and 279(rash driving) of the ipc has been registered against  Fariyad  .
