CTU’s School of Engineering & Technology wins Inter School Kabaddi Tournament

CT University organises Kabaddi tournament

Ludhiana: CT University, under the Department of Physical Education organised interschool Kabaddi Tournament (Men) in which seven schools participated. The final match was between School of Engineering and Technology (SOET) and School of Humanities and Physical Education (SOHPE), where SOET won the match.

Dr Praveen Kumar, Head of School, Physical Education said, “Sports is such a platform for youth to bring out talent and love for the same. All the games are promoting certain values and an element of discipline along them. I congratulate the winners for this win.”

On the occasion, Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor said, “Kabbadi is one of the most loved sports of Punjab. This game must reach the youth of Punjab and the students are the best source for that. CTU will always promote this game and let the youth participate equally and play sports; disregarding other social evils that is eating the youth.”
