Fourteen booked for criminal tress-pass, intimidation

BILGA The Bilga police have booked fourteen persons on the charges of criminal tress-pass, criminal intimidation and rioting.

Investigating Officer(IO) Surindar  Singh said that the accused have been identified as Surindar Pal Singh ,Sukha,Parneet and Jaila residents of Sher Pur village and their ten unidentified accomplices .

Narindar Singh a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused ploughed with tractors his 4 kanals wheat field in Gorsian Nihal village with intention to encroach land on November 23 and assaulted and threatened him.

IO said that a case under section323, 324(voluntarily cuing hurt with dangerous weapons) 447(criminal tress-pass, criminal intimidation, 511(Punishment for attempting to commit offences punishable with imprisonment for life or other imprisonment) and148 and 149(rioting) of the ipc has been registered against the accused.
