Second Day of Sports Week at Innocent Hearts: Teachers also showed enthusiasm

JALANDHAR: Four Schools of Innocent Hearts, Green Model Town, Loharan, Cantt.-Jandiala Road and Royal World International School organized Sports Day for the students of classes I to VIII. ShallyBowry – Executive Director Schools, Principal Rajeev Paliwal (GMT), Principal Ms. ShalluSehgal(Loharan), Principal Meenakshi Sharma (RWIS), Principal Sonali (CJR), Vice – Principal and Cultural Head - SharmilaNakra, HarleenGulria Primary Wing Incharge  graced the occasion. A number of activities were organized during Sports Festo. The students of class V and VI took out a pageant. The stage was conducted by teachers in all the branches. Besides this, children displayedDumble drill, Laiziumdrill, and Hoola Hoop drill.

 
 

The children presented Self Defence techniques during karate Drill. A few asanas were performed in Yoga session and gave tips to stay healthy. The students participated in 50 m race with Balloons, 100 m race, obstacle race, relay race and three legged race. In addition to this, boys took part in sack race and three legged race where as girls took part in skipping, lemon race and obstacle race. On this occasion, a musical chair was planned for the teachers. The children were excited to see their teachers in the field. At the end, winners were awarded with medals. Principals of the respective wings congratulated all the winners and wished them good luck for future.
