CT Public School organizes a workshop on ‘Parenting ’

Jalandhar: Bringing the school and parents together would improve academic and social success, striving on the path CT Public School organised a workshop on Parenting.  Around 200 parents attended the workshop. This programme guided the parents to face various challenges and deepen their connection with their children and foster love, responsibility, resilience and self-esteem. 

 Mr H. K. Nanda, a cognitive speaker was the resource person. He gives advices to the parents and teachers would learn the skills and strategies that can help children to grow in confidence and learn to cooperate, communicate and explore and persevere moral values. The parents learnt how to support children in academic, artistic and sporting endeavours; without placing undue pressure on them. 

Mr. H.K. Nanda works for CRACS i.e. Centre for Research in Applied Cognitive Sciences.  He has made a research paper on how to understand and optimize the potentiality of the brain and map it. He has done a lot of research for 12 years to understand the cognitive capacity of a child and enhance his capacities to the desired level so that the child can become a superior learner.  He has presented his research papers at the national and international level.

The speaker also attended to the queries of the parents and helped to resolve problematic children's issues & problems.

 Mrs. Suman Rana (Principal, CT Public School) gave the floral welcome to the guest. She appreciated his presence and for sharing his experiences with the parents. S. Charanjit Singh Channi (Chairman, CT Group of Institutions) said that the Mr. H.K. Nanda works for CRACS, he has lot of experience and definitely his words will help the parents in deepen their connection with their children.
