Recruitment rally for re-enrolment of Ex-servicemen into DSC

Jalandhar: The Punjab  Regimental Centre, Ramgarh Cantt is conducting a rally for   re-enrolment of   Ex-servicemen of the Punjab Regiment into Defence Service Corps (DSC) at Ramgarh Cantt (Jharkhand) with effect from  09 Jan 2017.  Candidates should report to Punjab  Regimental Centre, Ramgarh Cantt on    08 Jan 2017.  

The candidate appearing for re-enrolment into DSC should be SHAPE-1 in medical category and their character should be Very Good/Exemplary. Minimum five years of colour service.  Ex-Territorial Army (TA) person must have rendered three years embodied service with minimum attendance of seven Annual Training Camp  (ATC).  Age of the candidate should 46 years on date of screening.  Education qualification of the candidate should 10th / Army 3rd class certificate of education (ACE-III) and gap between discharge from former service and   re-enrolment should not be more than 2 years.  Candidate should not have more than one red ink entry during his last five years of service and not more than two red ink entries during his entire service.  However, who have been awarded one red ink entry under Army Act Section 48 for intoxication during the last five years are not eligible.  Candidates have to pass his Physical Proficiency Test (PPT) at the Rally.
