Liquor vendor among three arrested for violating curfew orders in Bilga, two in Lohian

BILGA /LOHIAN KHAS  The Bilga police on Wednesday arrested three persons including a liquor vendor on the charge of violating the curfew orders.

Station house officer (SHO) Surjit Singh Padda said that the accused liquor vendor identified as Lucky Ranna son of Ramesh Chand a resident of Chintpurni in Himachal Pradesh and presently living in liquor vend at Partap Pura village bus stand was selling liquor by locking liquor vend and was violating the curfew orders.

SHO said that Sunil alias Happy son of Kishori Lala resident of Patti Bagga and Vicky son of Kuljit a resident of Patti Nelowal , Bilga village were loitering and indulging in mischievous acts by violating the curfew orders adding that one would be allowed to defy the restrictions.

He said that a case under section 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code have been registered against the accused.

The Lohian Khas police arrested  Jogindar Pal son of Nath Ram a resident of Jako Pur village and Vishal son of Nachhtar a resident of Mohalla Dumanna ward no.4 on the charge of violating the curfew orders, said Station House Officer Sukhdev Singh adding that the accused were released on bail.
