Lauds docs and para medical staff for giving quality treatment and their humanitarian approach

 JALANDHAR: A suspected patient and close contact of Corona virus positive case in Virk village of Jalandhar, Piara Lal who was under treatment in Shaheed Babu Labh Singh Civil Hospital has thanked the doctors, nursing staff for the treatment and care after recovery.

Lal, who broke down at the time of discharge from the hospital, said that it was a panicky moment when he got the information about the positive reports of his close contact. Getting nostalgic, Lal said that following which, he was taken to Civil hospital in 108-ambulance by the health teams and was put into isolation. Lal told that he was served with the quality food, mineral water and others by the staff in the ward adding that utmost care was accorded to him by the treating staff and the administration.

 

"Most importantly, the doctors and paramedical staff repeatedly encouraged me that I would be fine and healthy soon," said Lal by adding that their words boosted his morale. Expressing his gratitude towards the entire staff, Lal said that he salute them for the care and treatment offered in the hospital. He said that during his entire stay at Isolation ward, he was made to feel at home, which helped him to recover in expedite manner. Lal said that quality treatment and humanitarian approach of the medical and para medical staff had given healing touch to him which enabled him to recover speedily.

It is pertinent to mention here that Lal was admitted to the hospital on March 28 and was discharged after receiving of negative report of his test from Government Medical College, Amritsar.
