Director Bhart milk products private limited donates Rs 2 lack to Red Cross Faridkot

Narinder Behar hands over a check to the deputy commissioner Faridkot to help fight the Corona-virus disease.

Kotkpaura(Faridkot): Narinder Behar, director Bhart Milk products private limited Kotkapura handed over a check of Rs 2 lack to the Deputy Commissioner Faridkot, KS Raj as a donation to the district Red Cross society Faridkot to fight the COVID-19.

“We have not obliged anybody by our contribution. We have rather served the humanity with a small amount of Rs 2 lack to help the state , to help fight the deadly virus.It is our moral duty to contribute as much as we can do for the sake of humanity. I feel the people of the district and state as well, have to face a big challenge of providing all kinds of essential commodities to the needy, which is not possible without of the help by the people from all walks of life. So, We decided to contribute this small amount towards the district Red Cross society to help save the humanity in this hour of uncertainty and crisis.I also appeal to the people, who can afford in general and industrialists, in particular, to come forwards with some contribution to defeat the deadly Virus and help the needy as much as we can,” said Narinder Behar, director of the milk products company.

"Though Punjab and union government are doing a lot in this regarding, yet public participation is must during the hour of crisis," Narinder said.

It is pertinent to mention that most of the NGOs and religious organizations are leaving no stone unturned to help the people in need as for supplying ration and food is concerned in the district.Even cooked Langer is being served by many organizations in the district to the needy people.
