Punjab needs a honest government, AAP is the last hope, say Manish Sisodia

Mohali/Anandpur Sahib/Sahnewal/Ludhiana : Manish Sisodia Deputy Chief Minister of Delhi today said that Punjab was passing through a difficult phase and it needs a honest and responsive government to make it a prosperous state.

Addressing a series of election meetings at Mohali, Anandpur Sahib, Sahenwal and Ludhiana West. Sisodia said that Arvind Kejriwal has given a hope to the people of country that AAP is the only party which can fight against corruption and usher an era of development. He said that successive SAD-BJP and Congress governments had ruined the Punjab and both are responsible for drug menace. He said that people of Punjab cant afford to hand over the state to those people who run drug mafia and play with the lives of youth.

 

AAP will replicate Delhi model of health and education system

 

Sisodia said that people of Punjab had last opportunity on February 4, 2017 to save Punjab and bring back it on the rails of progress. He said that Punjab cant survive without farming and this is the critical area where SAD-BJP government had miserable failed. The farmers are committing suicide and youth has no jobs in hand. The people of Punjab have no future if corrupt political parties were not shown the door.

 

He stated that health and education sectors in Punjab are in critical situation. The AAP Government in Delhi had brought radical changes in the health and education sector. He said that 1000 schools had been modeanised and same numbers of Mohala Clinis were being set up. He said that even USA had appreciated the concept of Mohalla clinics. He said that Delhi model would be replicated in Punjab.

 

Sisodia said that AAP has fielded honest candidates and it was duty of people of Punjab to support them to see a progressing Punjab. Introducing Mohali candidate Narinder Singh Shergill, he said that Shergill was student of economics and his track record of a honest person is an asset for the party. He said that Sanjeev Gautam AAP candidate from Anandpur Sahib was known for his social service and if he will get an opportunity, he would make the holy city a model in the world.

 

Sisodia also introduced Harjit Singh Bains AAP candidate from Sahnewal and Ahbaab Singh Grewal contesting from Ludhiana west. He said they both are highly educated and from farmer families.
