Woman arrested for selling illicit liquor

LOHIAN KHAS The Lohian Khas police on Sunday arrested a woman on the charge of selling illicit liquor.

The investigating officer (IO)Mohann Singh said 9  bottles of illicit liquor were seized from the possession of the accused identified as Jasvir Kaur wife of Sodhi a resident of Aliwal Pur village. 

A case under sections 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act has registered against the accused that was released on bail.
