LPU commenced two-month long Workshop for Study Abroad Scholarship Opportunities

Aspiring students can get the most of this mega online workshop, comprising LPU’s 170+ partner universities from the USA, UK, Canada, France, Australia, New Zealand and rest Europe


To last up to 19th March 2021, the workshop ‘COLE (Collaborative Online Learning & Engagement) Fest-2021’ is  a gateway to global study abroad & scholarship opportunities


Opportunities for programmes related to the wide fields of engineering, business biotechnology, journalism, film production, food technology, social sciences and more

 Jalandhar: LPU has specially created a two-month long online workshop for study abroad scholarship opportunities, where high-ranked international officers from top universities of the world are directly interacting with the aspiring students. For this, LPU has invited its 170+ partner universities from top countries including the USA, UK, Canada, France, Australia, New Zealand, Lithuania, rest Europe and more. In the on-going workshop, International officials and subject experts are interacting with the students of engineering, biotechnology, business, management, journalism, film production, food technology, social sciences and more.
 

To last up to 19th March 2021, the mega workshop is nicknamed as COLE (Collaborative Online Learning & Engagement) Fest-2021. On the commencing day, 12 officials of the University of Guelph and Laurentian University of Canada held interaction sessions for credit transfer and masters. They briefed about various queries and also provided specific links to the participants for the availability of their preferred courses and related pros and cons. LPU students who are successfully pursuing their programmes in these universities are also participating along with.  

Additional Director at LPU’s Division of International Affairs, Mr Aman Mittal shares: “Responding to the scenario of COVID-19 and its aftermath, LPU has adopted an innovative way of engaging students online for their bright future through study abroad programmes. For this, LPU’s unique COLE Fest is to provide immense global study abroad opportunities in top ranked universities of the world.”

Mr Mittal further mentioned that aspiring students usually avoid agents on the counts of disbelief. Through this workshop, students can directly speak to the preferred international university officials for various opportunities. There are various joint programmes also through which students can save 50% of international fees, and can also attain lucrative scholarships. Students can also get complete know-how about programmes of credit transfer, semester exchange, summer/winter school, scholarships etc.

In fact, LPU is a globally connected university, and working with the top universities across the world so that a truly global experience is provided to the students. University has developed a series of international study programs with partner universities. These programmes instil a sense of global citizenship in the students, and enable them to be globally competitive.
