Three day long 6th Founder’s Day celebrations of MRSPTU begins

Bathinda: Three day long 6th Founder’s Day celebrations of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University (MRSPTU), Bathinda begin here on Wednesday with the Aarambh of Shri Akhand Path.

 

On the concluding day on February 12 (Foundations Day), the expert talk on the Life and Teachings of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Ji by Dr. Paramvir Singh, Professor Department of Encyclopaedia of Sikhism, Punjabi University, Patiala and The Life and Philosophy of Maharaja Ranjit Singh Ji by Dr. Radha Sharma, Former Head, Department of History, Guru Nanak dev University, Amritsar will be organised. To promote frugal technology, the university will also honour prominent innovators of Punjab.

 

“The short journey of the fastest growing MRSPTU has been commendable. It’s a moment of pride for me to lead the university, which has an excellent faculty and hardworking students,” said the University vice-chancellor, Prof. Buta Singh Sidhu, while congratulating faculty, staff, students and stakeholders.
