CT Group Shahpur felicitates ‘Shining Stars’ of Class XII

159 students from 33 schools honoured for achieving first division in their XII board examination

 Jalandhar: In order to celebrate top performers of 12th from Jalandhar, CT Group of Institutions, South Campus, Shahpur campus organized ‘Shining Stars’- a felicitation ceremony at its premises.

In the felicitation ceremony, 159 students who have achieved first division were honoured for their relentless hard work and efforts. These students came from 33 schools namely Cantonment Board Sr. Sec. School Boys, Jalandhar, Shri Parvati Jain, Jalandhar, Tagore Day Boarding School, Jalandhar, Akal Academy, Dhanal Kalan, Prof. Tarsem Mahajan Height’s academy, Dasuya, GMA City Public School, Hoshiarpur, Eklavya School, Jalandhar etc. The students were honored with certificates and mementoes.

The Chief Guest for the event remained Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman CT Group. He honoured the students in the enlightening presence of Campus Director Dr. Rahul Malhotra, Dean Academics Dr. Anupamdeep Sharma, Dr. Jasdeep Kaur Dhami, Dr. Vaneet Thakur and other dignitaries.

Dr. Rahul Malhotra, Campus Director applauded the efforts and said, “Students who work hard as per the advice of their parents and teachers always remain successful in life. Sometimes our laziness contributes to our failures. But those who continue with their hard work always come out with flying colours”.

Charanjit S Channi, Chairman, CT Group expressed his gratitude to all the students present on this occasion. He said, “Such awards not only appreciate their work but their abilities as well. These awards help to give them due recognition in the society and motivate them to move ahead and rise above their expectations.”
