Three villagers arrested for brewing/selling illicit liquor

NAKODAR/NURMAHAL   The Mehat Pur police have arrested a villager on charge of brewing illicit country made liquor.

The investigating officer Satpal said that the accused has been identified as Pritam Singh a resident of Baghela village.20 bottles of hooch and utensils for brewing were recovered from his possession. A case under section 61/1/14 of the excise act has been registered against the accused.

The police also arrested Makhan Singh of Dharme Dian Chhana village with 9 bottles of hooch.

The Bilga police arrested Pritam Singh a resident of Bhode village with 11 bottles of hooch said IO Satnam Singh.

The Lohian Khas police booked Jasbir Singh of Ismail Pur village for brewing illicit liquor and recovered 300 kg lahann from him said IO Sarabjit Singh
