Punjabi Actress booked for using caste remarks

NAKODAR The Nakodar city police have booked a Punjabi actress on the charges of using cast remarks..

The Station House Officer (SHO) Aman Saini   said  that the accused has  been identified as Jasleen Kaur living at Nakodar .

Balwindar Singh a resident of Malarri village and president of Valmik Adhikar Surakhaya Sena Punjab ,Dharmindar Nagal chairman Valmik Adhikar Surakhaya Sena Punjab and R.K.Nahar Advisor Valmik Adhikar Surakhaya Sena Punjab  complained to the police that a video of Punjabi actress Jasleen Kaur has been made viral on social media in which she is insulting a person using castiest remarks ,banned words and filthy language which have deeply hurt Valmik community and created strong resentment against her and she should be booked and sent behind bars.

SHO said that a case under section 3(1) (X)  of the Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes(prevention of atrocities)  Act 1989 has been registered against the accused and  Nakodar deputy superintendent of police Lakhwindar Singh Mall is investigating further .
