New born girl found abandoned in cradle in Bathinda

Bathinda : A two-three days old newly born baby girl was found abandoned in the cradle meant for the purpose of saving a girl child in Bathinda today.

A Daily Diary Report has been entered at the police station Tharmal plant colony in Bathinda.

The baby was first taken to the civil hospital for medical examination and then it was shifted to Anant Anath Ashram(specialized adoption agency) Nathana.

“If anyone has any information regarding the baby, it should be provided to the district child welfare department,” said Ravneet Kaur Sidhu, district  child welfare officer.
