Revenue officers on mass leave against arrest of Naib-Tehsildar by Vigilance

NAKODAR /SHAHKOT/NURMAHAL Work in the offices of  Tehsildars ,Naib tehsildars  Kanugos and Patwaris  in Nakodar and Shahkot sub divisions and Nurmahal sub tehsil was paralyzed on Wednesday following revenue officers  mass leave against arrest of a  naib-tehsildar by Vigilance Bureau Punjab.

Gurdev Singh Dham president of  the Punjab revenue officers association said in a statement that vigilance has illegally arrested Sandeep Kumar nab tehsildar Mahil Pur district Hoshiar Pur

He said that association has met on this issue with Revenue minister, Chief secretary, Financial secretary revenue and Principal secretary vigilance but to no avail and hence it has decided to go on mass leave for three days from November 24 to November 26 adding that  further course of action will be reviewed on November 26.
