The National Lok Adalat to be held on December 11 in Faridkot-district and sessions judge

Faridkot : The National Lok Adalat in Faridkot is going to be held on December 11 according to the information provided by Sumit Malhotra, district and sessions judge cum district legal authority Faridkot.

The district and sessions judge has informed that the all kinds of cases including civil,water bills,criminal compoundable,check bounce,motor accident claims,related to tribunals,matrimonial disputes,traffic challans,labor disputes,and related to Banks disputes besides others which are pending in any courts or are pre-litigative would be disposed off in Lok Adalat.

The cases would be disposed off with  mutual consensus of the litigants.

"To put up the cases in Lok Adalat,the people need to inform about their pending cases to the concerned judges of that court while for the pre litigative cases, the applicants can give information in this regarding by writing it on simple paper to the secretary legal cell authority Faridkot," said the district and sessions judge in a press release to the media by DPRO office Faridkot.

The court fee for the disputes disposed off in the Lok Adalat would be refunded to the concerned parties.

The Lok adalats are meant to deliver speedy and cost free justice to the litigants where the disputes are disposed off with the consent of the disputed parties. It saves a lot of time and money as well.
