SBI General Insurance puts a foot forward for those affected by hailstorm and rain in Rajasthan

 Rajasthan: SBI General Insurance puts its best foot forward for clients hit by the heavy downpours and hailstorm in Rajasthan's Jhalawar area. The hailstorm has caused problems in various villages of Raipur, including Manoharthana, Pataliya, Himmatnagar, and Bhavani Mandi on Wednesday.Wheat, opium, mustard, and coriander crops were also destroyed by hailstorm happened in Manoharthana of Jhalawar district, Himmatgarh, Pataliya, and Bhawani Mandi of Raipur, according to Deputy Director of Agriculture Satyendra Pathak. Apart from these, Jhalawar, Jhalrapatan, Bakani, Panwar, Misrauli, Aklera, and Khanpur are currently receiving light to moderate rain.

SBI General Insurance stands by its customers during these testing times. To avoid any delays in the claim settlement procedure wrt motor insurance, the Company has contacted a panel of surveyors. SBI General follows a process of ‘Express Claims’ settlement for losses of up to Rs. 10 lakhs for affected customers. Customers have experienced challenges and losses because of the floods and heavy rainfall, SBI General will waive the paperwork requirement wherever practicable. In the case of some smaller claims, immediate settlements will be offered with efforts to help those affected recover. SBI General is devoted to assisting their customer’s and get them back on their feet as quickly as possible.
