VADODARA: A 16-year-old girl was allegedly raped incident occurred on January 2 on the roadside in Vadodara in Gujarat near New VIP Road, a police officer said, adding that a minor accused has been detained, while a search is on to nab two accomplices who helped him in the crime.
"The 16-year-old victim from a tribal community was dragged into a luxury parked bus by the main accused, who is a minor, and his two accomplices, around 8 pm on January 2, official said,
As per the information, ACP Bharat Rathod said on Thursday, “A minor girl was raped in a bus parked on VIP Road in the Harni area of Vadodara on January 2. The FIR was registered yesterday and the police caught the accused, also a minor, but his other two accomplices are still absconding”, Twitted ANI.
