Chandigarh/ Sri Anandpur Sahib: Reliance Jio actively facilitated and served lakhs of devotees who converged at Sri Anandpur Sahib for the three-day Hola Mohalla celebrations which highlighted the essence of the Sikh community's bravery to the world. Jio had set up several special ‘Sewa kendras’ and Wifi zones across the town to assist and actively engage with the devotees. Huge number of devotees visited the Jio sewa kendras daily seeking help and advice in various aspects.

Jio had rapidly augmented its network by installing temporary sites to ensure uninterrupted voice and data connectivity for the devotees there.

Jio's specially created Wifi zones also assisted thousands of devotees to perform various urgent online tasks seamlessly.

Due to Jio’s superior network, data and voice quality, a large number of customers ported their numbers from other networks to Jio during these three days and they were served efficiently at Jio's sewa kendras.

Jio’s executives provided various services to the devotees like resolving various sim related issues, providing new sim connections, facilitating porting requests from other networks to Jio, or recharging their existing numbers etc. The data and calling traffic on Jio’s network rose immensely during the three days, but Jio ensured that devotees had a very seamless experience.
