CHANDIGARH: Danish Punjabi singer Anita Lerche released her very first video of Punjabi devotional events- SIMRAN digitally on the auspicious occasion of Baisakhi, worldwide- it is the Foundation Day of Khalsa Panth. Many evenest journalists and intellectuals participated in the program.
Former Additional Chief Secretary Maharastra Gurkeerat Singh Gill; Editor Punjabi Jagran Varinder Singh Walia; Director of SIMRAN and many films Dr Harjit Singh, the main inspiration behind Anita’s love for Punjabi music Anurag Sood and former Program Executive Doordarshan Agyapal Singh Randhawa participated in the event.
During the program a massage from Anita Lerche wishing the viewer a Happy Baisakhi and information about the release of her video SIMRAN was played. Despite, it being night-time in the US Anita very enthusiastically interacted with the journalists and the team connected with the making of SIMRAN senior Journalist I.P Singh, Baljit Singh Brar, Senior Journalist Rajeev Bhaskar and Sunil Dhawan congratulated and praised Anita for her love for Punjabi Music.
Through video conferencing the journalists asked Anita varied questions regarding her musical journey:- She asked all of them cheerfully. The program was successfully conducted by SINDHU RANA's former anchor Doordarshan. The program was also graced by Varun Gill Managing Director of GRV NEWAGE FUELS; associate prof Tracy Kohli and Parambir Kaur.
