Ahead of PM Modi’s visit, terrorist attack on CISF, two militants killed and a soldier martyred in grenade attack

Jammu and Kashmir: A bus carrying 15 CISF personnel on duty was attacked by terrorists near Chadha camp in Jammu at around 4.15 am. The CISF officer said that they retaliated in the terrorist attack. A senior officer said that one ASI of CISF was killed and two others were injured during the operation.

According to the information, soldiers were going to help in the attack in Sujwan.

In fact, the security forces were constantly getting information that before the PM's visit, the terrorists wanted to carry out some major incidents in Jammu city.

As per the information, since Thursday evening, the Jammu Police, along with the army and paramilitary forces, conducted search operations in many areas of the city. The search operation continued till the early hours of Friday and during this operation, terrorists started firing on a bus carrying CISF personnel in Bhatindi area of Jammu.

In retaliation, the terrorists hid in a house after carrying out this attack. After which this entire area was cordoned off and the operation is going on. So far one ASI has been martyred in this operation and 6 jawans are injured.

According to the incident, Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbag Singh said, 'We had received information at night that terrorists are hiding inside a locality. As soon as we got the information, we conducted an operation in which 5 of our jawans were injured. During this our ASI SP Patel was martyred. This operation continued throughout the night and a short while ago both the terrorists were killed. Both of them were associated with the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed and their purpose was to attack the camp of some security force. However, before that our soldiers killed it.

Today, as part of an operation in Sujwan, Jammu and Kashmir, 4 terrorists have been killed by the security forces, while one soldier was martyred and 4 soldiers were injured. Terrorists have carried out this attack in Sunjwa area of Jammu. According to the ADGP of Jammu Police, the area was cordoned off after receiving information about the hiding of the terrorists.

According to the Jammu Police, the news of the presence of terrorists was received in Bathindi area of Jammu at night. After this the area was cordoned off, as soon as the terrorists saw the movement of the security forces, they started firing. After this there was firing from both sides. In this firing, one soldier was martyred and 4 soldiers were injured.
