Kashmiri Pandit, employee of revenue department shot dead at government office by terrorists in Kashmir’s Budgam

JAMMU AND KASHMIR: A Kashmiri Pandit was shot dead by terrorists in Budgam, Jammu, and Kashmir. Terrorists fired at an employee of the revenue department on Thursday afternoon. The victim, a Kashmiri Pandit, sustained serious injuries and was rushed to a hospital in Srinagar, where he died a little while later.

Kashmir Zone Police has been informed by Twitter. According to the police, the extremists shot Rahul Bhatt, an employee of the Tehsil office at Chadoora in Budgam district. He was admitted to the hospital.

Rahul Bhatt was admitted to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar, but he died there. The police have also informed that in the initial investigation it has been found that two extremists are involved in this crime and they had opened fire with a pistol.

Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has condemned the incident. He wrote on Twitter that the killings are continuing by targeting people and due to lack of control, the feeling of fear grows. He has expressed sympathy to the family of Rahul.
