Seminar on Yoga & Naturopathy on 19th November

CHANDIGARH: To promote a healthy lifestyle among the people of the Tricity by making them to embrace the ancient art and science of fitness- Yoga and Naturopathy- a seminar ‘Yoga & Naturopathy Seminar-2017’ will be held at Gandhi Smark Bhawan Sector-16-A, Chandigarh on 19th November 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. This seminar is being organized by YIFB (Yog India Foundation-Bharat), Prakritik Chikitsa Samiti (Regd.) and Deep Ayurveda which is dedicated to work for physical and mental fitness in the region.

Giving this information, Dr. Naresh Sharma president of Yog India Foundation-Bharat (Regd.) said that this seminar will bring into focus various natural ways which help in ensuring robust health and sharp mind. He said that many renowned persons such as Dr. Vikas Sexsena (Nature Cure Centre, Panipat), Dr. Dinesh Brahchari, Chandigarh Dr. Priti Sodhi (Ambala), Dr.M.P. Dogra (Nature Cure Centre,Chandigarh) and Dr. Anurag Kapil (Kapil Institute of Nature Cure and Yoga Sciences, Ambala) would grace the occasion.

A cultural event will be presented by Yoga students, following the seminar, he added.
