DIPS Mehta Chowk celebrated its Annual Sports Day

JALANDHAR: The playground of DIPS School, Mehta Chowk was filled with great Zeal, Excitement and frolicsome atmosphere on 30 nov 2017  as the school celebrated its Annual Sports Day. Every student of the school found an opportunity to take part in the event. The celebration began with the flag  hosting, march past by the all four houses and oath taking ceremony. The event filled in the hearts of everyone with the sprit of sportsmanship and unity. The student displayed a wide array of colorful reverberant events.  They mesmerized the audience with their energetic performances. The event was consist of races, relay race, discuss throw, shortput, highjump, long jump, ect in various category. Group folk Dance competition was the main attraction of the mega event. It was an inter house competition. The pique of the show was the announcement of the house trophy winner and the Diamond House bagged first position. In this event parneet Kaur participated shortput in girls category and Sahilpreet  singh participated in boys category and won gold medal.in long jump competition  Tajinderbir singh and harshdeep kaur won gold medal. 100 m race ajaypal singh and harshdeep kaur scored gold . in the same Discuss throw sahilpreet singh win gold madel. The Chairman chain of dips institution s. Gurbachan singh, MD Tarwinder Singh, CEO Monika Mandotra and Principal congratulate to all the winners and blessed them. The day ended with National Anthem.
