Innocent Hearts joins the “Walk for the Nation”

JALANDHAR: On the occasion of Income Tax Day, Innocentites of Innocent Hearts School took part in the event “Walk for The Nation” organised by the Income Tax Department. This year a flame name “Aykar Jyoti” is being relayed from Pr.CCIT, Chandigarh to Patiala, Bhathinda, Amritsar, Jammu and reached Jalandhar today. The students of our school accompanied the walk from “Ayakar Bhawan” via Guru Nanak Mission Chowk to Apeejay School. 

This event will motivate the youth to keep the flame within burning and contribute to Nation Building. This event is in continuation to a poster making competition which was organised  in the school as per the I.T. department instructions. Thirty selected entries have been sent for the competition. Result is awaited for the same. Vice Principal of the school -Mrs. Sharmila Nakra  and other teachers accompanied the students for the," Walk for the Nation."
