KCPS Principal Gets International School Award in Dubai

AMRITSAR: Khalsa College Public School (KCPS) Principal Amarjit Singh Gill has got the honour of winning the prestigious International School Award (ISA) for the 'Best Principal'. He was bestowed with the award at the special function held in Dubai.


KCGC Honorary Secretary,l Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina hailed the emphatic achievement and said it is a matter of great pride that Principal Amarjit has been bestowed such a prestigious award. He while congratulating Amarjit Gill added that his achievement has brought laurels to the education fraternity.


The award ceremony was held in Dubai where schools from 20 different countries of the world were recognized for their year-long sincere efforts in inculcating Internationalism in their school curriculum and in building and sustaining partnerships with schools across the globe.


A special ceremony to congratulate Gill was organised at the school to felicitat Principal where he said that  out of 11,000 nominations from 20 countries, only 500 applications was registered for the Best Principal's award and 3 Principals were selected for the award. He thanked the Khalsa College Governing Council for their constant support and motivation and providing impetus towards promotion of education and healthy learning.
