This time, the students went on an educational tour to Jaipur, under the guidance of faculty Preetpal Singh and Ar. Sukriti.

Students were taken to a tour of various places like Amber Fort, which is on a hill in Amer, Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar Mantar. Telling about the visit, Preetpal Singh, Faculty said that students gained a lot many practical experiences regarding architectural styles of the forts and sketched the forts on the spot.

One of the students named Riya Sen said, “It was an amazing learning experience and the best place was Hawa Mahal or the Palace of Winds which is a five storey building in the shape of a crown of Lord Krishna. Such insights regarding architecture of the buildings are quite useful for our field.”
