AMRITSAR: A colorful function marked the `baby show' as the jiggling jubilants from the primary wing of Khalsa College Public School (KCPS) resorted to dance, fun and frolics on the campus. The programme commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Principal AS Gill.

The programme commenced with the school prayer followed by a traditional group song  presented first by a group of tiny tots to welcome parents. This was followed by the prize distribution ceremony where students who had excelled in academics, various competitions, contests and other extracurricular activities were felicitated.

The students from all grades of primary wing showcased their talent in singing competitions, fancy dress, mimicry, skits, debates, dancing, poetry, painting and cartooning. The parents of the students also attended the show along with their children and hailed the students after watching their performances for the meticulous presentations and competitive spirits.

Principal Gill urged parents to encourage and praise their children for their good work and achievements as appreciation gives them indomitable strength to face the world as its only school where children can make mistakes, freely learn from them and improve as well to become exemplary.
