Seven IPS and eight PPS officers transferred in Punjab

CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Government today issued transfer and posting orders of 7 IPS and 8 PPS officers in the state.

          

Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Punjab government said that in IPS officers Sharad Satya Chauhan ADGP Traffic has been given additional charge of ADGP/IVC Punjab, Parveen Sinha and Gautam Cheema posted as IGP crime, BoI Punjab, Sukhchain Singh Gill posted as commissioner of police, Ludhiana and in addition as DIG provisioning Punjab, Gurpreet Singh Toor as DIG Administration, Surjit Singh as DIG counter intelligence Punjab, Gurpreet Singh Gill as DIG Law & Order and in addition DIG Administration, IRB Punjab, Patiala.

           

Likewise in PPS officers Gurmeet Singh posted as SP operations Ferozepur, Balbir Singh as AIG, CID Zonal Bathinda, Rajwinder Singh as AIG Personnel-II Punjab, Pritam Singh as AIG Personnel-III Punjab and in addition AIG welfare, Bhupinder Singh as AIG crime, Vinod Kumar as AIG Law & Order, Gurmail Singh posted as SP Headquarters Sri Mukatsar Sahib and Pritipal Singh transferred as Assistant Commandant 1st IRB Patiala.
