Woman among three drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act

NAKODAR:  The Nakodar city police have arrested a woman  drug peddler on the charge of selling heroin  .Investigating officer  (IO)Kewal  Singh said that 10 grams heroin was recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Indarjit Kaur wife of Jagtar Singh  a resident of Malarri village .

IO said that a case under sections 21/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.

The Nakodar sadar police arrested two drug peddlers Rajindar Kumar alias Raja a resident of Yodhewal,Sundar Nagar in Ludhiana and Pardeep Kumar alias Laadi a resident of Pandori Mattuan village with 1695 intoxicant tablets ,said investigating officers Jogindar Singh and Manjit Singh.
