Two thieves arrested for stealing wheat from house

Nakodar The Mehat Pur police have arrested two thieves on the charge of stealing wheat from a house.

Investigating officer Labh Singh said that the accused have been identified as  Harpreet Singh and Price residents of Barsal village under Jagraon police station .

Soma Rani wife of Surjit Lal a resident of Sangowal village complained to the police that the accused stolen a forty kilogram wheat bag from her house and loaded it on their motor cycle. She said she raised an alarm and village residents chased the accused  and caught and handed them  over to the police.

IO said that a case under section 380(theft in a dwelling house ) has been registered against the accused.
