AAP marks anniversary of demonetization day as ‘Dhokha Diwas’

CHANDIGARH: After completion of 1 year of demonetization, Aam Aadmi Party on November 8 marked the day as ‘Dhokha Diwas’ and criticizes Modi government for taking an unwise step that affected crores of Indians in a negative way. In a joint press release, AAP state president Bhagwant Mann, Leader of opposition Sukhpal Singh Khaira and Co-president Aman Arora said that it was one of the worst decisions of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the time when economic growth was already low and industrialists, farmers and other communities were struggling to get their pace. AAP leaders and volunteers along with farmers and industrialists protested on the different place throughout state.
