The Mehat Pur police have arrested a drug addict on the charge of consuming heroin.
Investigating Officer (IO)Kashmir Singh said the accused has been identified as Vipin Kumar a resident of Samrai village under Sadar Jamsher police station
IO said a lighter, silver paper, and plastic pipes used for consuming contraband were recovered from his possession. A case under section 27/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
