The Shahkot police have arrested two drug peddlers on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.
Investigating officers (IO) Major Singh said that 60 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Harpreet Singh son of Piara Singh a resident of Kohar village and Jasveer Singh son of Mohan Singh a resident of Mohalla Rishi Nagar Shahkot
IO said that a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act have been registered against the accused.
