Tarlok Chand a resident of Ganga Nagar in Rajasthan had complained to the police that the accused
wasdriving his tipper tanker fast and negligently on May 22 evening and hit his son Raj Kumar at Tut Kalanvillage resulting in his death.
IO said a case under sections 106-A (causing death by negligence), 281 (rash driving on public roads) and 125-A,125-B (act endangering life or personal safety of others) of the BNS was registered against the accused.
